OPI (Optimum Performance Institute) delivers a full continuum of care for young adults ages 17–28 navigating significant mental health challenges, backed by over 20 years of specialized experience. With campuses near Houston and Los Angeles, we guide clients from residential treatment to supported independent living through clinically grounded therapy, life‑skills training, and community connection. Our program fosters healing, identity development, and real‑world readiness—helping young adults return to school, work, and life with the confidence and tools to thrive.
